Executive Director
Dr. Agnes Moses serves as the Executive Director of Partners in Hope, where she provides strategic leadership to the organisation to deliver high-quality, holistic healthcare services through both clinical care and public health initiatives. As a Board-certified specialist in Internal Medicine, she is passionate about improving health systems by implementing evidence-based practices and upholding strong clinical governance.
Dr. Moses has held the position of Principal Clinical Research Scientist with the UNC Project for 17 years, during which she made significant contributions to clinical research and program implementation. Additionally, she served as a Junior Lecturer in Public Health at the College of Medicine (KUHES. Her leadership contributions at both UNC and Partners in Hope have been honored with prestigious accolades, including the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) International Leadership Award in 2009 and the L’CHAIM Prize in 2025.
Dr. Moses obtained her undergraduate and
postgraduate education and training from the University of Adelaide, in
Australia, the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) in South Africa,
University of Western Cape in South Africa, and the College of Medicine in
Malawi. She is a Fellow of the East, Central and Southern Africa College of
Physicians (ECSACOP) and the Royal College of Physicians of London (UK).
