Some of the services and activities include:
Chapel service is a time of meditation, and devotion in which the staff meet as a believer’s fellowship before they start providing the care for the day, to worship God, and pray for the patients. The patients and guardians are free to take part in the chapel services and morning devotions.
The staff at Partners in Hope Medical Center are provided with training such as the Saline Process training (a training the equips believers who are health workers on how to share their faith in the medical setting with respect, permission, and sensitivity). This is one way of fulfilling the Christ-centered mandate of Partners in Hope, and a way of demonstrating the love of God in word and in deed by sharing the gospel through the medical profession.
The staff take time for prayer and meditation, to pray for one another, to pray for the mission and the needs of Partners in Hope, and to pray for the need of the patients and the people who visit the hospital to receive medical care.
The chaplaincy provides spiritual counseling and guidance for free to anyone who needs such counseling. The counseling is there to provide care for the care givers and for the patients and guardians as part of supplementing the medical care to provide holistic care for the clients. The spiritual counseling and guidance services are available from Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
A group of dedicated staff from the chaplaincy ministry conducts prayer ward rounds to provide prayers, spiritual support, and to share spiritual encouragement with patients and guardians in the wards.
The ward ministry is a source of hope and motivation to many patients and guardians. Many lives are transformed through the sharing of the gospel during the Ward Visitation prayers (See stories and testimonials in NEWS and EVENTS).

The Moyo HIV clinic provides FREE HIV testing, psychosocial counseling, laboratory, radiological, treatment and other related services to clients from low-income backgrounds who cannot afford to pay or access these services in public medical facilities.
