TB LON 1 is a Five-Year Cooperative Agreement with perfomance period from June 23, 2021 to September 30, 2026. The program is implemented in collaboration with a local Malawian community organisation - Paradios TB Patients Trust. The program is implemented in 50 health facilities and 6 prisons across 3 focus districts of Chikwawa, Nsanje and Lilongwe including other 5 districts of Kasungu, Dowa, Nkhotakota, Karonga and Chitipa.

The primary goal of the program is to support TB prevention, diagnostic, care and treatment services in Malawi that reach all women (pregnant and non-pregnant), men, youth, children of all ages, the elderly and priority populations. PIH deploys staff in the supported facilities to support direct service delivery and health systems strengthening initiatives including Clinical Mentoring, supervision and capacity building.
