The LCC is the governing body responsible for the administration and development of Malawi's capital city, Lilongwe. Lilongwe City Council owns health facilities in Lilongwe; PIH collaborates with LCC through placement of Health Care workers at Chinsapo LCC Health Centre to support HIV testing, linkage to care and treatment and PrEP services.
