Under the umbrella of Social Development Directorate of the Episcopal Conference of Malawi of the Catholic church, LLCHC runs Home Based Care (HBC), Community-Based Child Care Centres, and an Integrated HIV and AIDS Response program. These initiatives focus on delivering care directly to communities, particularly for vulnerable populations, with HBC and nutrition rehabilitation provided free of charge. As one of PIH’s sub awardees since 2021, LLCHC receives lists of clients (interrupted Rx, PVT‑EID, index contacts) requiring tracing and follow‑up from PIH providers. LLCHC works with ANAPA case managers to ensure children 0-7 years testing HIV positive receive support.
