Born out of an Agricultural Support to Small holder farmers in 4 Traditional Authorities in Dowa, MAICC is a community-based organization in Dowa, focused on HIV/AIDS education, counselling, youth empowerment, and social accountability. MIACC conducts community HIV testing and refers clients testing HIV positive to Mponela Rural Hospital for Treatment, Care and support services. The clients are received and assisted by PIH and MoH HCW at the facility. Active collaboration with PIH started in 2025 when MIACC contribution became apparent with the then ongoing M1 roads construction.
